Paisley Homes
Paisley Homes is a home building company located in Grand Saline, Texas, servicing Van Zandt County and surrounding areas. The foundation of Paisley Homes is built on the husband and wife collaboration between Dean and Kandace Phillips.
The idea for Paisley Homes sparked in 2015, when together they self-contracted their first home. Dean brings an attention to detail and project management from his experience as a Track Inspector/Supervisor for Union Pacific Railroad. Kandace, previously a Labor and Delivery R.N., enjoys establishing the clients unique vision and working alongside their trusted team to bring that vision to life.
Paisley Homes offers custom and semi-custom projects, as well has ready-to-purchase homes in the area. Dean and Kandace work closely with each of their clients throughout the entire project. As Dean and Kandace would say it, "Let’s build together y’all!"
